About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Access Support Worker to join our team in a relief capacity. As a key member of our Child and Family Wellbeing Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting children, youth, and families through transportation and access services.

Primary Accountabilities

As an Access Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children during transportation and access visits
  • Providing basic childcare and support services as needed
  • Collaborating with social workers and other stakeholders to coordinate access and transportation services
  • Completing documentation and reporting as required
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma in child and youth care or a related field
  • At least two years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a social services or child welfare setting
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
