Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage cash handling, balance sheets, and related financial reports.
- Performance Management
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Planning
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Term
- Permanent.
- Work Language
- English.
- Hours
- 40 hours per week.
