Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
