Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
- Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition to facilitate their integration into the workforce.
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers to promote their growth and development.
- Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Requirements: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language.
