Restaurant Operations Manager
At A&W Fast Food Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in determining service types, implementing operational procedures, and conducting performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
- Offer mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
- Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- English language
