Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Marketing and Implementation: Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition to help them integrate into the workforce.
- Diversity and Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers to help them succeed in their roles.
- Cultural Competency Training: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
