Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Type of Services: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that team members are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Participate in Marketing Plans: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Support Newcomers and Refugees: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition to help them integrate into the workforce.
  • Provide Diversity and Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Offer Mentorship, Coaching, and Networking Opportunities: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers to help them succeed in their roles.
