Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Schindler Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
