Position Overview: As a vital member of the management team in Canada, the Senior People Operations Partner plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment for managers and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities: This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities throughout the employee lifecycle, including:

  • Recruitment: Attracting and selecting top talent.
  • Onboarding: Facilitating smooth induction processes for new hires.
  • Learning and Development: Promoting continuous professional growth.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhancing workplace satisfaction and morale.
  • Employee Relations: Managing workplace dynamics and resolving conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering remuneration packages.
  • Succession Planning: Preparing for future leadership needs.
  • Retention Strategies: Implementing initiatives to keep talent.
  • Terminations: Handling exit processes with care.

Together with the People Coordinator and Senior People Partner in your region, you will ensure that employee records are meticulously maintained and that all HR processes adhere to applicable employment laws.

Work Environment: This is a permanent full-time role based in Toronto, Canada, designed to provide the best experience for our people. The position will primarily operate from the office, complemented by flexible work-from-home arrangements.
