Position Overview

We are currently in search of a strategic and collaborative People Capability Business Partner (PCBP) to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, the PCBP will act as a trusted advisor and consultant to both employees and leadership, playing a key role in shaping our organizational culture and improving the employee experience. The responsibilities encompass talent management, performance evaluation, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and change management within the designated business unit. The PCBP will spearhead the formulation and implementation of People Capability objectives and programs, including performance reviews, compensation strategies, succession planning, and action plans derived from engagement assessments. Furthermore, they will work closely with business leaders to cultivate effective relationships and align with overall organizational goals. This position reports to Senior Leadership and encompasses multi-site responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor:
    • Serve as a reliable advisor to leaders within assigned functions.
    • Provide HR consultancy, utilizing expertise to foster positive outcomes.
  • Trend Analysis:
    • Remain informed about social, political, environmental, and economic trends, sharing insights with stakeholders.
    • Identify potential workforce impacts and propose effective solutions.
  • Business Insight and Diagnosis:
    • Comprehend the business landscape and diagnose challenges.
    • Utilize business insights and performance metrics to inform People-related decisions.
    • Ensure alignment of people strategies with organizational objectives.
    • Leverage employee feedback and engagement data to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Talent Management:
    • Lead the talent agenda to cultivate high-performing teams.
    • Align employee and leadership behaviors with organizational expectations.
    • Drive talent initiatives such as performance management and development in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.
  • Execution of HR Strategies:
    • Ensure the effective implementation of company-wide HR initiatives.
    • Represent the interests of the business.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Partner on reward decisions, talent management, and succession planning.
    • Engage actively with the People Capability team for functional improvements.
  • Global Collaboration:
    • Share insights and leadership across the global People Capability team.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams focused on priority initiatives.
    • Lead programs aimed at enhancing talent capabilities.
    • Utilize COE functions to deliver tailored business solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree is advantageous.
  • HR certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of HR experience with responsibilities across multiple units.
  • Proven success in implementing progressive people strategies and enhancing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead strategic initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire.
  • Results-driven, accountable, and passionate about achieving objectives.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
  • A proactive learner with resilience and adaptability in uncertain situations.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based environment.
