Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Halal Alliance Real Estate Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, document scanning, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
