Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Ownership to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Mentor and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and performance.
  • Bonus program up to $20,000 per year based on business performance.
  • $8,000 - $10,000 in tips paid out weekly.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of general management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
