Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants and will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus program up to $20,000 per year based on performance
  • $8,000 - $10,000 in tips paid out weekly

Requirements
  • 2+ years of general management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
