About the Role

As a Restaurant General Manager Trainee, you'll be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and training to our team members. You'll work closely with our General Manager to drive restaurant success through guest and employee happiness. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our team members
  • Working with the General Manager to drive restaurant success
  • Maintaining a strong floor presence to provide an amazing guest experience
  • Collaborating with our Operations Team to ensure staff and guests have a great time
  • Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of product, guest service, and quality standards
  • Exceptional team management and delegation skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and performance. You'll also receive a bonus program that amounts to up to $12,000 per year, extended health and dental benefits after 3 months, a technology allowance, reimbursement for active lifestyle activities, comprehensive training, and free meals on shift and ongoing discounts.
