Overview:
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline, complemented by SAP technical certification and formal development methodology credentials.

Experience:
With a minimum of six years in the IT sector, including five years dedicated to a developer role concentrating on SAP Funds and Grants Management (FM and GM) within SAP ECC and S4, the candidate should have participated in at least two complete SAP implementation cycles, from Blueprint through Deployment and hypercare.

Key Skills:
Expertise in change and release management processes is essential, along with reliable task estimation capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and a client-centric approach. Familiarity with SAP Finance HANA implementation, interfaces, LSMW, User Exits, BADI's, enhancements, and SAP PI/PO integrations is crucial.

Additional Knowledge:
Proficiency in REDWOOD SAP Batch scheduling, Oracle E-Business Suite, Extract, Transform and Load technologies, as well as IT strategy and operations, is also important. The candidate should excel at facilitating change within large organizations and possess extensive programming or systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SAP Funds and Grants Management solutions in SAP ECC and S4.
- Engage in full-cycle SAP implementations, covering Blueprint, Deployment, and hypercare stages.
- Accurately estimate time, effort, dependencies, and resources for development tasks.
- Oversee change and release processes within SAP environments.
- Integrate enterprise-grade financial systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Support and manage both on-premises and cloud SAP applications.
- Implement SAP Finance HANA solutions and ensure smooth migration from ECC to S/4 HANA.
- Develop and enhance interfaces, LSMW, User Exits, BADI's, and proxy developments.
- Manage SAP PI/PO integrations and REDWOOD SAP Batch scheduling processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with senior executives and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive organizational change and ensure successful adoption of new SAP solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of information systems and application architecture standards.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
