Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sector
- Hands-on experience with SAP software
- Strong customer service skills and experience in customer interaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between component shops and customer accounts, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain and update customer status reports to reflect current project progress.
- Perform detailed costing analyses to support business decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive quotes and invoice documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on material job stoppages to ensure timely resolution.
