We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and mentoring our care staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional care to residents
  • Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure excellent care services
  • Conduct assessments of residents and develop personalized care plans
  • Establish priorities based on individual resident needs
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manage risk through thorough audits and medication administration
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with CLPNA
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Experience working with seniors in a retirement or long-term care facility environment
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
