About the Role
Foliot Furniture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Representative - After Sales Service to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support after the sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of furniture in hotels and student residences, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standard and meet customer specifications.
- Travel to customer sites to respond to service calls and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Plan and assess sales needs for each facility, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Organize and manage logistics staff to ensure that all installations are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Act as a representative of Foliot Furniture, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and professional.
Requirements
- DEC or equivalent experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Essential bilingualism (French-English spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry.
- Professional attitude and integrity.
- Leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers.
Working Conditions
- Variable work schedule on weekdays and weekends, depending on installation needs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and Canadian passport.
- Must be at least 21 years old to be allowed to rent cars abroad.
