Job Title: Travel Assistance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Assistance Claims Specialist to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of travel assistance claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and manage travel assistance claims, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Communicate with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues.
  • Update claims systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients on claim status.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in managing emails, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma, with experience in claims or claims administration preferred.
