Your primary responsibility will be to deliver timely technical support to our Claims Adjusters via telephone, while ensuring data integrity and maintaining high service standards within the department. While handling calls, you will provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impression.

Required Qualifications:
