We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Taunton Commercial Bakery Inc. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meats for our bakery products.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean and prepare meats to ensure they are ready for processing or cutting.
- Cut and Trim Meats: Cut and trim meats to standard cuts, ensuring high-quality products.
- Wrap and Package Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
- Remove Bones and Weigh Meats: Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for accurate pricing.
- Cut Poultry and Fish: Cut poultry and fish into parts, ensuring efficient processing.
- Price Meat Products: Price meat products accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and Maintain Equipment: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Supervise and Train: Supervise and train other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
