Key Responsibilities- Meat Preparation: Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Cutting and Packaging: Prepare standard cuts of meat, package, and wrap prepared meats for sale.
- Meat Weighing and Pricing: Accurately weigh meats for sale and price meat products accordingly.
- Specialized Cutting: Cut poultry and fish into parts, grind meats, and make special sausages as required.
- Supervision and Teamwork: Supervise other butchers and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bakery or meat processing environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training or certification is an asset.
