Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meat: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare standard cuts of meat.
- Meat Processing: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as remove bones from meat.
- Meat Display: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to showcase our products.
- Supervision: Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers to ensure efficient and effective meat processing.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all meat products meet our high standards of quality and freshness.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
