Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing, including cutting, trimming, and wrapping.
- Cut and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as grind meats for sausages.
- Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale.
- Cut poultry into parts and price meat products.
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for processing.
- Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
