Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Overview
As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative functions associated with financial transactions, vendor relations, and customer invoicing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers on a daily basis.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and manage phone communications.
- Organize and reconcile multiple reports and documentation.
- Handle cash transactions, prepare bank deposits, and process vendor invoices.
- Address customer and vendor inquiries in a prompt and effective manner.
- Maintain and update information within the system while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support the activities of the Financial Operations team and assist with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required; a College or University degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or knowledge in plumbing and building materials is advantageous.
- Familiarity with software such as Trend and Eclipse is a plus.
