About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Hasty Market. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is optimized and that customers have access to the products they need.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
