About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Speedy Convenience. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage stockroom operations to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales representatives to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced sales environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
