Cognizant is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Workday Integrations Consultant to join our dynamic team of post-production experts. As a key member of our Integrations Continuous Value Services (CVS) practice, you will play a vital role in helping clients maximize their investment in Workday by optimizing integration operations, enhancing existing system functionality, and deploying innovative integrations to meet evolving business needs.

Your Impact:

  • Provide expert support for Workday integrations across diverse client engagements, encompassing roles such as staff augmentation, ad-hoc assistance, and project delivery.
  • Proactively manage issues and risks, ensuring clear communication of status updates and escalating concerns to project management.
  • Empower clients by facilitating knowledge transfer and educating them on developing and managing interfaces with SaaS platforms.
  • Share your deep understanding of Workday best practices and serve as a subject matter expert within our team.
  • Evaluate the technical implications of integration configuration decisions, effectively communicating their impact to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate expertise in Workday Integrations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of core functionality and modules such as Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent. Stay abreast of future product developments.
  • Mentor fellow consultants by actively sharing your product knowledge and contributing to the growth of our practice.
  • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, explore design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately configure, test, and deploy robust integration solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Active Workday Integration Certification, demonstrating your proficiency in the platform.
  • Experience in project execution within a technical or techno-functional role, leveraging SOA tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also valued.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively manage client expectations and convey technical information clearly.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple clients simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
