Job Title: Immunologist

About the Role:
Manitoba Health is seeking an experienced Immunologist to join our team at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. As an Immunologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, prescribing medications and treatment, and ordering lab tests and x-rays. You will also have the opportunity to work as a clinician investigator with protected research time and a proven track record in research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat diseases, prescribe medications and treatment, and order lab tests and x-rays
• Work as a clinician investigator with protected research time and a proven track record in research
• Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Develop and implement research projects to advance the field of immunology

Requirements:
• Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Allergy and Clinical Immunology
• Strong record of publications in high-impact journals commensurate with career stage
• Proven ability to obtain peer-reviewed research funding from recognized granting agencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
