Job Opportunity:

Manitoba Health is seeking a highly skilled Immunologist to join our team. As an Allergist Physician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating diseases, prescribing medications and treatment, and ordering lab tests and x-rays. You will also have the opportunity to consult with other physicians as required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat diseases
• Prescribe medications and treatment
• Order lab tests and x-rays
• Consult with other physicians as required

Additional Responsibilities:

• Eligible for appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Professor
• Appointed as a geographical full-time member of the Max Rady College of Medicine, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Allergy and Clinical Immunology
• Strong record of publications in high-impact journals commensurate with their stage of career
• Proven ability to obtain peer-reviewed research funding from recognized granting agencies
