Job Opportunity:

Manitoba Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Immunologist to join our team at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Immunologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, prescribing medications and treatment, ordering lab tests and x-rays, and consulting with other physicians as required. This will encompass approximately 30% of your position.

The successful candidate will also be eligible for appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Professor, and appointed as a geographical full-time member of the Max Rady College of Medicine, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba, which will encompass approximately 70% of your position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and treat diseases, prescribe medications and treatment, and order lab tests and x-rays as required
* Consult with other physicians as needed
* Conduct research and publish findings in high-impact journals
* Obtain peer-reviewed research funding from recognized granting agencies
* Hold a Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Allergy and Clinical Immunology
