Job Title: Immunologist

About the Role:
Manitoba Health is seeking an experienced Immunologist to fill a critical position in our team. As an Allergist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, prescribing medications and treatment, and ordering lab tests and x-rays. You will also have the opportunity to work as a clinician investigator with protected research time and a proven track record in research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat diseases, including allergies and immunological disorders
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Order lab tests and x-rays as necessary
• Consult with other physicians as required
• Conduct research in the field of immunology and allergy
• Publish research findings in high-impact journals
• Obtain peer-reviewed research funding from recognized granting agencies

Requirements:
• Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Allergy and Clinical Immunology
• Strong record of publications in high-impact journals
• Proven ability to obtain peer-reviewed research funding
• Experience working as a clinician investigator
