Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other executive assistants and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive administration
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in administration or business, or related work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of executive administration experience supporting C-Suites
  • Experience in wealth management or financial services is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent communication skills in English; bilingual skills in French are an asset
