Position Overview

The Reservations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our lodging facilities. This permanent position requires a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week and involves working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is paramount.

Work Environment

This role is set within a university or college atmosphere, located in a rural area. Candidates should be prepared for potential relocation, as relocation costs are not covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform the same duties as the team members.
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Order materials and supplies to support daily operations.
Team Leadership

Supervision of a team consisting of 3-4 individuals is a key aspect of this role.

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with MS Outlook is essential for effective communication and scheduling.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check is required to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
