The Sahara Courtyard Inn Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.
- Information Provider: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, calculate charges, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Room Management: Keep track of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
- Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages as needed.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team-oriented mindset to collaborate with colleagues.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
