Position Overview

The Spirit Ridge Owner Association is seeking a dedicated Reservations Supervisor to oversee and enhance our guest services operations. This is a permanent role that requires a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

This position is based in a university or college setting located in a rural area. Candidates should be prepared for potential relocation, as costs will not be covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members and perform the same duties as those being managed.
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks among team members.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain operational integrity of computer systems and equipment, arranging necessary repairs to support business continuity.
  • Order materials and supplies as needed for efficient operations.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Outlook is required for effective communication and task management.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Work Conditions

Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment that may require overtime and the ability to stand for extended periods while working under pressure.
