About the Role

Spirit Ridge Resort is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relief Guest Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front office operations, including guest arrivals and departures, room assignments, and payment processing.
  • Supervise and support Guest Service Agents, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high standards of service and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest transactions and front office statistics.
  • Participate in emergency response and crisis management, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front office or hospitality role, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
