Position: Change Management Team Leader

Company: ALS Limited

  • Oversee training, communication, and change management initiatives for an Oracle ERP deployment in Canada.
  • Partner with organizational leaders and the ERP team to establish optimal practices.
  • Engage with essential stakeholders to execute organizational change management strategies.
  • Establish a network of Change Champions within Finance and Procurement departments.
  • Design training programs and metrics to assess their effectiveness.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Supply Chain Management, and Finance is essential.
  • Leverage technological tools for project training and communication purposes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • 7-10+ years of pertinent experience is preferred.
  • A BA or BS degree in a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Experience in laboratory and certification work is a plus.
