If you were the Manager of Retail Program & Change Management, here are some of the core activities you would be involved in:
- Collaborating with leadership to prioritize, budget, and integrate short and long-term initiatives into the strategic business plan.
- Developing program-level strategies for large-scale business transformations.
- Providing support and guidance on program management activities, including project governance, stakeholder identification, meeting coordination, deliverable timelines, implementation planning, and process enhancements.
- Overseeing change management efforts and the delivery of large-scale initiatives.
- Creating change management strategies and managing communication and rollout processes.
- Establishing, refining, and maintaining program management standards, tools, methodologies, and reporting.
- Working collaboratively to identify risks, develop proactive solutions, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

- Program and change management for global transformational projects and smaller-scale initiatives, including:
- Our omnichannel roadmap, including advancements in our POS and RFID systems.
- Implementation of a new Retail Workforce Management (WFM) System.
- Development of our retail reporting roadmap.
Are you our next Manager of Retail Program & Change Management?
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of extensive project experience in program and change management, with a proven ability to unite multiple teams for global initiatives.
- A background in change management and training for large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience in a retail support role.
- In-depth knowledge of store-level guest experience and operational processes, including recruiting, scheduling, training, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in executive-level interactions.
- A commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and personal development.
- Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing effective solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable in the face of ambiguity.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- A passion for your work that is matched by a love for outdoor activities.
Compensation: $104,000 - $143,000 CAD annually. Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training. Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not include additional benefits.
