Job Description

This role is the initial step in the Proposal Management career path at PSI CRO. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing requests for information (RFIs) and developing persuasive sales documents in word and PowerPoint. You will work closely with senior-level colleagues across the organization.

Office-Based/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete assigned RFIs within Business Development, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support proposal managers with RFI and experience sections in proposals, utilizing your analytical skills to provide valuable insights.
  • Assist BD directors with capability presentations and requests for information at the pre-proposal stage, showcasing your ability to manage multiple assignments under deadline pressure.
  • Maintain BD knowledge libraries related to PSI services, capabilities, and experience, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Act as a backup for the RFI Manager, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • College or University Degree.
  • Prior experience managing RFIs or similar documentation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex information into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging and effective documents.
