RSM Canada is seeking a highly skilled International Tax Senior Manager to join our rapidly expanding Canadian tax practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert international tax consulting and compliance services to entities with foreign investors and cross-border investments. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us grow and seize new business opportunities, while working closely with our Partners to develop and implement solutions to clients' tax needs. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing mentorship, detailed reviews, and training of staff
* Developing an understanding of our clients' business or family structure and investments, and becoming a 'functional cross-border tax expert'
* Promoting new ideas, business, and tax solutions that result in extended services to existing clients
* Dynamic problem-solving, solid work ethic, and strong project management skills

Requirements include:

* ~8+ years public accounting experience working for a Big 4 or large national, regional, or local accounting firm
* ~Masters of Taxation, Law Degree, or Enrolled in CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information and the interpretation of tax laws
* Strong project management skillset that can be demonstrated in fast-moving, complex cross-border engagements
