RSM Canada LLP is seeking a highly skilled International Tax Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our tax practice, you will provide expert guidance on international tax consulting and compliance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the success of multiple engagements across different jurisdictions
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex cross-border tax situations
  • Provide mentorship and training to staff
  • Identify growth opportunities for the firm and communicate with client service coordinators
  • Collaborate with RSM colleagues across jurisdictions
  • Promote new ideas and business solutions to extend services to existing clients
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience with a Big 4 or large national, regional, or local accounting firm
  • CPA designation or JD
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project management skills, and verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters of Taxation, Law Degree, or Enrolled in CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program
  • Strong project management skillset demonstrated in fast-moving, complex cross-border engagements
  • Candidates can reside in Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Red Deer, with some travel required through Alberta
