International Tax Senior Manager

RSM Canada is seeking a highly skilled International Tax Senior Manager to join our expanding tax practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide international tax consulting and compliance services to entities with foreign investors and cross-border investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the success of multiple engagements across different jurisdictions in a dynamic work environment
  • Develop and implement solutions to clients' tax needs, leveraging your expertise in income tax law and regulations
  • Provide mentorship and training to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Identify growth opportunities for the firm and communicate with client service coordinators to drive business development
  • Collaborate with RSM colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver exceptional client service
  • Develop and promote new ideas, business, and tax solutions to extend services to existing clients
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience with a Big 4 or large national, regional, or local accounting firm
  • CPA designation or JD
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project management skills, and ability to articulate complex information
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters of Taxation, Law Degree, or Enrolled in CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret tax laws and regulations
  • Strong project management skillset, with experience in fast-moving, complex cross-border engagements

Compensation Range: $110,500 - $188,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
