About the Role

RSM Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Tax Senior Manager to join our rapidly expanding tax practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing expert international tax consulting and compliance services to our clients with foreign investors and cross-border investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the success of multiple engagements across different jurisdictions, demonstrating a strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies for clients, staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different jurisdictions to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the firm.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or large national, regional, or local accounting firm.
  • CPA designation or JD, with a strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to articulate complex information and interpret tax laws.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and develop effective solutions to clients' tax needs.
