About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Customer Care team at Mattamy Homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our homeowners receive exceptional service and support throughout their homebuying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Care team, including preparing and distributing construction notices, processing amendments and critical dates, and documenting correspondence and notices sent to homeowners.
- Act as a liaison between homeowners and internal departments, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling and planning homeowner information sessions, including assistance at evening events as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to problem-solve and share customer feedback.
- Provide administrative support to Customer Care Specialists and Senior Customer Care Manager, completing additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience working within a customer service experience role.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to recognize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.
- Self-motivated, confident individual with the ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including excellent research, written, oral, and listening skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Candidate must have access to a vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a homebuilder or Tarion.
