Job Summary

ENTACT SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback to ensure goals are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and work units, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, attention to detail
  • Work Conditions: 35 hours per week, permanent position
  • Language: English
