Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at Entact Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop team members in their duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and systems
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and review work assignments and tasks
  • Procure and manage office supplies and materials
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
