Job Title: Janitor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitor Supervisor to join our team at 2236629 ALBERTA INC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of janitors to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Inspect and Maintain Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and efficient use of resources.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for janitorial staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning services company.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a temporary position with a cleaning services company. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to relocate.
