Janitorial Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Janitor Supervisor to join our team at 2236629 ALBERTA INC. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities
- Establish and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to relocate
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
