Job Title: Janitor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitor Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment:
  • Willing to relocate to our facilities.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
